What you see on your side

Every booking Sofia makes lands in your calendar like any other: time, service, professional and client name. You get the alert on your phone and can change or cancel it. If Sofia says “booked”, it is booked: she only confirms to the client after the calendar has accepted the appointment.

Rules Sofia follows

She only offers free slots. She respects each professional's hours, breaks and days off. She never books outside opening hours or on top of another appointment. If the requested day is closed, she states the shop's hours and suggests the next open day. If a service can only be done by certain professionals, she only offers those.

Booking on WhatsApp by hand, or with Sofia

Many businesses already book on WhatsApp — by hand, between clients, phone in one hand and scissors or brush in the other. The difference: Sofia replies instantly, without waiting for the service to end, and never double-books because she looks at the calendar before answering. Do clients need to install anything?

No. They only need the WhatsApp they already have. They write to your shop's number and Sofia replies.

What about clients who prefer booking online through the link?

They still can. Your shop's online booking page stays active; Sofia is one more channel writing into the same calendar.

Can Sofia book on top of another appointment?

No. Before offering a time she checks the professional's calendar, the service duration, breaks and opening hours. She only confirms after the calendar accepts.

Can I keep replying on WhatsApp myself?

Yes. If you reply to a client yourself, Sofia goes quiet in that conversation and only comes back once it settles.

Does it work with my current number?

Connecting WhatsApp to Sofia is an assisted process during activation: we look at the best number to use with you and handle the connection. You don't need to buy anything from Meta.

What if the client writes in another language?

Sofia replies in the language the client writes in, and reminders go out in that language.

Which plans include it?
