This is what a conversation with Sofia looks like. Notice that she looks at the day before asking for a time, states the shop's real hours and only offers slots that exist.

What Sofia does — and what she doesn't do yet

Does: answers WhatsApp, replies to questions about services, prices and hours, checks the calendar in real time, books and cancels, sends confirmations and reminders, sees the client's history and benefits, replies in several languages and goes quiet when you step into the conversation. Doesn't do yet: reschedule in a single step (today she cancels and rebooks), take payments inside the chat, or answer client phone calls — voice is in pilot. We'd rather tell you here than surprise you later.

Phone: in pilot, not for sale yet

Phone answering by Sofia exists and is being tested on a pilot number, but we don't sell it yet: we'll only announce it once real client calls are proven end to end. If you'd like to be among the first businesses to test it, tell us in the form and we'll talk.

On WhatsApp, through Meta's official API

Sofia replies through the official WhatsApp Business API from Meta, not through a phone running automations that Meta can block. Connecting your WhatsApp to Sofia is an assisted process: we do it with you during activation, no settings to touch on your side. Each reminder sent has a per-message cost charged by Meta; every plan includes credits and there are top-up packs.

Does Sofia replace the receptionist?

She replaces the replying-and-booking part on WhatsApp. Whoever is at the front desk keeps welcoming people; Sofia takes care of the phone, at any hour.

What if Sofia gets it wrong?

She only books slots that are actually free in the calendar, and you see everything in real time and can change or cancel. If you reply to a conversation yourself, she stops and lets you carry on.

Does she answer phone calls?

Not for clients yet. Phone answering is in pilot; once it's proven with real calls, we'll announce it here.

Which plans include her?

The Pro and Elite plans. The Solo plan does not include Sofia.

Do I need a separate WhatsApp Business account?

You don't need to buy anything from Meta. We connect your WhatsApp to Sofia during activation, in an assisted process.

Does it work for salons, beauty, nails, massage or tattoo?

Yes. It's the same Sofia: she knows the services, prices, hours and team of your business, whatever it is.
